Project consisted of a new pedestrian bridge over Sloan Creek located east of the intersection of Sloan Creek Parkway and Pond Bluff Way in Fairview, Texas. Responsible for the design of a cast-in-place substructure supported on drilled shafts for a prefabricated steel truss single span (102') superstructure. Severe slopes under the bridge required the design of retaining walls for the approach and erosion control revetment for flood events as well as during construction. Also, responsible for utility coordination, construction administration and oversight, inspections, shop drawing review, and final acceptance.
