Project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 100’ of failed 20’ high retaining wall. The wall required replacement for erosion control along the seasonal creek. The existing failed wall was within 7’ of a building structure. The proposed post and panel critical retaining wall was designed 20’ in height and 15’ from the building requiring the design of shored temporary wall for construction. Lakes Engineering was responsible for the design and construction plans, permitting, and coordination with the client, contractor, and the City of Arlington.
